Two private Rooms (with locks) and Private Balcony: The two rooms are located on the second floor of the house and within the rest of the shared house. However, the first floor and second floor are designed to be separated spaces and divided by a solid maple & locked doorway for guest privacy. Guests self check in and have their own digital key code. They can access the 2 room space as they wish through their own private entrance and exit. The remainder of the house is privately owned. Bedroom One (sleeps 2-3)is a complete suite with California King Bed and luxurious amenities. Private bathroom, separate vanity/dressing area, walk in closet, plantation shutters, work space Alexa, Roku TV, coffee & tea station Room two doubles as a "great room" (huge) with 70” T.V., extended cable, gaming adapters, ALL streaming channels, high speed Wi-fi, Alexa digital assistance and two leather recliners. Host will clean room every other day upon request. A one-time cleaning fee will be included in reservation. No need to make beds upon departure as all linens are laundered.
