The Boho Farmhouse

Newly Renovated 2 story, 4-bedroom. 2.5 bath house. The Cottage accepts dogs with prior approval. Please read dog policy. This lovely home is located across the street from "The Cottage on The Green" Airbnb. This home offers a new Kitchen. Living room, Den, Laundry room, cozy Front Porch and Side Patio overlooking Meadia Heights Golf Club. House is located within minutes of historical Lancaster city where you can discover quaint shops, interesting restaurants and an eclectic farmer's market. The space The Boho Farmhouse has just completed a year-long renovation with everything new. The Farmhouse is perfect for 5 guests as the Living room and Den offer comfort seating for 5. The dining table has seating for 6. The bed accommodating are 2 queen beds, a full bed and a single pull-out bed in the office room. The guest has access to the fully equipped kitchen, cozy front porch, covered side porch/dining patio with gas grill. First floor laundry area. Use of everything in the kitchen is offered as a convenience to the Guest. The kitchen is setup to prepare a full meal or simple snack. The kitchen at check-out should be left in the same condition as check-in. Additional cleaning charges may apply. Guest access The Guest has full access to the entire first and second floor of The Boho Farmhouse. The basement and attic areas are locked. No other guest or owner is on the property during the time of your stay. In case of Emergency, the Host's home is located 2 houses away from the Boho Farmhouse. Guest may see the host from time to time when tending to the gardens, watering plants, mowing the grass, taking out trash or shoveling snow. Other things to note Dog Policy: The Boho Farmhouse in dog friendly with host approval and additional fee and security deposit. We prefer to host one dog, per stay. Dog fee is $75 per dog, per stay. We do request the full breed (if mixed breed please include all the breeds mixed with), age and size. We do not accept aggressive breeds or puppies. Please understand that after each time a dog stays in The Boho Farmhouse, we take additional cleaning steps as the next quest might be allergic to dog dander. Guest is responsible for all damages, and additional cleaning caused by the dog. If the dog is left alone in the Boho Farmhouse, we require that the dog is crated. Please refrain from allowing dogs to sit on the back of furniture. If the dog is on the furniture, furniture must be covered with blankets. We have blanket and dog cage for quest use. The guest is responsible for picking up and properly disposing of all dog droppings. When the dog is outside, it must be on a leash. All dogs must be current on all shots. Pease contact host prior to instant booking if one wishes to bring a dog. If dog is not approved prior to arriving we may not accept the dog. Again, we are dog friendly and look forward to hosting your dog. Fireplace is decorative and is non-wood burning. Plenty of parking is available on the street in front of The Boho Farmhouse.
