Welcome to our beautiful house in Barbatre, on the island of Noirmoutier! Nestled in one of the island's most peaceful streets, our house is just 200 meters from the beach, accessible by a picturesque path through a forest. Start your days on the right foot with a perfect breakfast on our east-facing balcony, offering serene views of the surroundings. The space Our spacious home offers three private bedrooms and a charming game room equipped with a sofa bed for two and a mezzanine with two single beds, which can accommodate up to ten people. Adorned with artisanal mosaics and Mediterranean-style arch doors, our home exudes a charming Mediterranean vibe. Enjoy family gatherings around our large dining table or relax in the cozy living room that has a large smart TV. The fully equipped open kitchen, with its bar, is perfect for socializing and culinary adventures. Relax in our sauna on the balcony or enjoy a BBQ feast while lounging on lounge chairs. You will also find a large outdoor table for alfresco dining, accompanied by several seats. The garden also has some sun loungers for relaxing in the sun as well as a barbecue available for your summer grilling. Our games room has a foosball table for lively competitions. We provide freshly prepared beds and towels for each guest, ensuring a comfortable stay. All you have to do is take your toiletries (shampoo, shower gel). In addition, we offer children's beds and high chairs upon request, so let us know in advance to make your stay perfect for the whole family. Guest access Feel at home with full access to all parts of our property including the games room, balcony, outdoor amenities, washing machine and dryer. Parking: 2 or 3 cars can park in the secure garden with a gate that can be locked. A key to the house and gate will be at your disposal during your stay. Other things to note In our full welcome book, discover nearby attractions such as diving spots, boat trips, scenic biking and horseback riding trails, as well as our favorite restaurants and markets. There's a big U express 37min walk or 6min drive away. Restaurants and bakeries are a 28-minute walk or a 4-minute drive. Barbatre Market is a 5 minute drive or a 30 minute walk all year round on Wednesdays but also Mondays in summer! Please read and understand our house rules.
