Calm, light and authenticity in the heart of Cudillero
Description
A charming and welcoming cottage, with spacious, light-filled rooms, sea views from the master bedroom, in a beautiful natural setting. Cudillero is famous for its colourful houses that seem to cling to the hillside. Its steep streets and steps are part of its charm, so exploring the village requires a reasonable level of mobility. One of the great advantages is that you can drive right to the front door, quite unusual in Cudillero! Free public parking is available 300 mts from the cottage. The space We have prepared Beatrice with great care, paying attention to the small details so that you feel at home. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, juicer and kitchenware. The washing machine is located in a separate building within the property, with a covered area for hanging laundry. Bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and soap are provided. For stays of more than five days, we offer a change of towels upon request. For stays of more than one week, we will arrange with you a change of bed linen and a cleaning during your absence. The outdoor terrace is for your exclusive use and has a small table and two chairs. As a courtesy, you may also enjoy the accessible areas of the historic garden that we are restoring. It preserves an old millstone and a Roman-era water system between a settling pool, a washhouse and a tunnel through which the water flows to the river. This area is not included in the rental, and access may vary depending on the restoration work. Because of the uneven ground, water and work areas, children must always be accompanied by an adult. Before your arrival, we will send you recommendations for beaches, walks, restaurants and places to visit, adapted to your interests and to the ages of everyone in your group. We love hosting guests and sharing recommendations. We will be available whenever you need us, while always respecting your privacy and the way you choose to enjoy your stay. Other things to note The house is laid out on a single floor. However, access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility. Cudillero is built on a hillside, so there are no fully accessible accommodations. Beatrice is one of the few houses that can be reached by car, although getting there requires some driving experience and may not be comfortable for all drivers.
