Located in the heart of a private estate spanning several hectares, these independent and cozy houses offer you a unique setting. You can enjoy the private outdoor pool. Stay in the heart of the forest and take advantage of the communal paths for beautiful walks. The space Located in the heart of a beautiful forest, the private estate offers a haven of peace composed of two independent cottages, nestled 600 meters apart and accessible via a fully private path. These cottages, named "Gîte des Oiseaux" and "Gîte de la Ferme", can accommodate a large group for holidays, seminars, or various retreats. For special events, a banquet hall with a bar is available upon request, providing a welcoming space for fifty people. ************* 1. GÎTE DE LA FERME This is a 19th-century Solognot farmhouse with seven bedrooms accommodating up to fourteen people. This 7-bedroom house is designed to comfortably accommodate your group of 14 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a cozy living room near the fireplace, ideal for relaxation and socializing. The three double bedrooms on the ground floor offer queen-size beds (160 cm) for restful nights. Two toilets and a bathroom are also conveniently located on the landing. Upstairs, you'll find three bathrooms, one of which is en suite to one of the bedrooms. Two additional toilets are also available. Two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each, with a shared bathroom on the landing. The remaining two double bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, offering extra privacy and comfort to your guests. ************* 2. GÎTE DES OISEAUX This is a 19th-century Solognot farmhouse with five bedrooms accommodating up to 12 people. The large fireplace connects the living room to the dining room, creating a friendly atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and dishes for group meals. In the pantry, you'll find a freezer and a washing machine for your convenience. On the ground floor, you'll find a double bedroom with a private bathroom, as well as a separate toilet on the landing. Upstairs, you'll discover four additional bedrooms: one double bedroom, two dormitory-style bedrooms with three single beds each, and another double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. There is also a separate toilet and a shared bathroom available. Bed linens and shower towels are provided. Outside, a garden furniture invites you to enjoy outdoor meals, with a barbecue at your disposal. The pool, located 500 meters from the house near the uninhabited owners' house during stays, is accessible and secure for children. ************* Enjoy the warm and rustic atmosphere of this Solognot estate while relaxing in a comfortable and welcoming setting, perfect for family vacations or gatherings with friends. Guest access Access to a portion of the private estate (approximately 10 hectares), to walks along the ponds, to the gardens, and to the swimming pool. Other things to note Enjoy our large unheated swimming pool, open depending on weather conditions, typically from mid-June to mid-September.
