Welcome to our Home Away From Home, where you will be closely located to Westerly downtown, the beach, shopping, dining, Mystic, the Casinos, and Watch Hill (which is where the beautiful Ocean House and Taylor Swifts home is located). Our home is family friendly and offers all must-have items for your littles. But even without littles, our home offers a spacious and comfortable atmosphere for all guests. The space The 2024 renovated interior features modern amenities and stylish decor, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The three bedrooms provide ample space for everyone to rest and recharge and the playroom/office adds extra space for the littles or for separating your workspace from the rest of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking. Additional barstools can be found in the basement. The dining table easily folds up on both sides and can sit 6. The additional chairs are also located in the basement. A highchair is also available. The bedrooms offer a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, and a stackable twin sized bed, which can be unstacked into 2 twin beds. The same room also offers a crib for your baby or toddler. The crib will need to be moved to unstack the twin beds. Please be aware the room will be very tight, especially if used by 2 adults. The living room has the hardware in the walls to install a baby gate (stored in the playroom), which separates the living area and playroom from the kitchen and bedrooms. Absolutely no smoking/vaping, of any kind inside or anywhere on the property. Smoking off property or in your car still drags smells through clothing and hair into the house! A $100+ fee will be charged if lingering smells are found and extra cleaning and ozone treatment is required. If you are a smoker, we kindly request to reconsider your stay at our home, as we often host families with babies and small children. Guest access This listing is for the entire house for your private use. This space is NOT shared: you have exclusive access to the entire home! Feel free to use the backyard, it has a small swing set. Please be aware that the backyard has not been catered to and will not be regularly maintained throughout the year. Other things to note The house is old and can get noisy at night. White noise machines are provided in 2 bedrooms. The laundry is located downstairs in an unfinished basement/garage with steep stairs, accessible through door in kitchen. The house has a hot water boiler, be careful the water can get really hot! The house has air conditioning but they are window units. 1 in each of the bedrooms and one in the playroom. During summer please keep the doors open during the day in order to ensure that the whole house cools down. If you are planning on going to the beach, please be aware that there are no beach accessories at the house and you will have to bring it all (I.e. beach towels, chairs, cooler, cart, umbrella etc). Do not take the bath towels to the beach. Please read the house rules before you decide to stay with us 🤗 they are quite detailed but please ask if you have any questions or concerns. We provide sheets and towels. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and trash bags. Once all is used up we will not restock. The house typically also has coffee filters and basic spices.
