The second bedroom/office has a twin XL Leesa mattress that also serves as a daybed, a desk with extra-large monitor and Aeron chair, and en-suite bathroom. The living room overlooks the park, and is equipped with a projector for TV/movies and a deep, custom-made couch for nights in. McGolrick Park is right outside your doorstep with a year-round Sunday Farmer's Market. Also nearby are Crema Coffee (best coffee in Greenpoint), Screen Door Ice Cream (don't miss this), Monger's Palate, Cambell's Cheese, and a local chain grocery store. You can grab lemons and be back in the kitchen in 90 seconds. Neighborhood favorites Radio Bakery, Acre, Rule of Thirds, WenWen, Ilis, Madre, Paulie Gee's, Greenpoint Fish & Lobster, Paloma Bakery, Taqueria Ramirez, The Noble, Cecily, and many many more are within 10-20 minutes walking.
