The cottage in Paraissilla, in the Turku archipelago, is a great place to relax in the middle of the forest or a good base for adventures in the archipelago. Completed in 2021, the cottage is on a hillside plot in its own peace. The cottage has electricity, including an electric air heat pump and running hot water. In addition, the cottage is equipped in accordance with modern times. With a fast wifi connection and an adjustable desk, you can also comfortably do remote work at the cottage. The cottage is available all year round. The space In the kitchen, you can cook more demanding meals on the induction stove and in the convection oven. Tableware is available for at least four diners. The living room flat-screen TV is connected to chrome cast and apple tv, and the cottage also has a Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker. There are many different things to read on the bookshelf. With the air heat pump, the temperature of the cottage can be cooled or heated, and in addition, there is also a portable electric battery for additional heating. The loft has a king size double bed for two sleepers and, if necessary, two more duvets can be made for the living room sofa, air mattress or reading divan in the loft. Linen is available in the cottage for four guests, if more guests visit the cottage, they have to bring their own blankets, pillows and linen. It is easy to go to the electric sauna to enjoy the steam and the sauna is heated by pressing a button. The bathroom's mood lighting and rain shower guarantee relaxing sauna moments. The bathroom has running hot water and a water closet. Bath towels and bath towels and bath towels for four guests can be found in the cottage. Floor heating keeps the bathroom comfortably warm even in cool weather. In front of the cottage there is a small porch, where it is nice to sit down to cool off from the sauna. The gas grill is also available for guests, but you should bring your own gas cylinder for the grill. There is also a hot tub in the yard, which can be used for an additional fee during the visit (price 150 euros per visit (use only when the temperature is above 0 degrees). We fill the hot tub for guests, but guests are responsible for heating the hot tub. The cottage has firewood for heating the hot tub. Otherwise, the cottage is surrounded by forest. Guest access The cottage has a road connection without ferry from the mainland and the distance from Helsinki is about 190 km, the center of Turku is 41 km and the center of Parainen is 18 km. The road is mostly paved and partly unpaved. There are a lot of forest animals on the road, so please drive carefully. The cottage is located on a sloping plot, the yard of which (the front door of the cottage) can be driven most of the year without problems. However, the last uphill to the yard is steep and if you can't drive up it, it is about 25 meters to the cottage from this private fork in the road. The entire cottage is for the guests' own use, but there is an old unused cottage and its outbuildings in the yard, which guests do not have access to. These buildings are also intended to be demolished from the cottage yard over time. The upstairs cabinet of the cottage stores some of the belongings of the owners of the cottage, which are not available to guests. Other things to note - The cabin does not get completely dark at night/in the morning in the summer, but especially the first floor gets sunlight when the sun rises. - The cottage is literally in the middle of the forest and the cottage is accessed by stairs, as well as the cottage's balcony. The cottage is surrounded by rocks, cliffs and uneven terrain, so the yard is not suitable for unsupervised movement of small children or people with reduced mobility. - The cottage's borehole is small (daily production max. 500 liters), water is sufficient for three people for cooking, sauna, shower and other living, but in larger groups it is worth bearing in mind that the well water may run out. - Camera surveillance at the front door of the cabin - Departure cleaning is partly the responsibility of the guest. Please collect your trash in the trash, wash the dishes you use, leave the textiles you borrow in the laundry basket in the hallway and make sure that the overall appearance of the cottage remains tidy. Pet owners are responsible for the mess caused by pets. We take care of vacuuming, washing surfaces and sauna, taking out the trash and laundry. - Outdoor equipment is stored in the cottage's hallway and can be borrowed by guests. - The bathroom has sauna supplies that guests can also use. - In winter, when there are no guests in the cottage, we keep the heating of the cottage lower, so when you arrive at the cottage, the floors may still feel a little cool. - In winter, we store the grill in the carport, if you want to use the grill during your visit, you have to move the grill from the carport to the yard.
