The space Accommodation: Our annexe is attached to the main house, offers cosy accommodation for two guests. The space features a comfortable double bed, a well-appointed shower room with wash basin and w/c. The accommodation also includes a small kitchenette equipped with toaster, kettle, portable hob, Bosch undercounter fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and tumble dryer. Other things to note Location: Our home is situated in the picturesque and peaceful village of West Down, our annexe provides easy access to some of North Devon's most renowned beaches. Located next to the historic village church our garden backs onto the church grounds and graveyard. Explore the stunning beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton, Putsborough, and Croyde, just a short drive away which is part of the North Devon World Surfing Reserve. Immerse yourself in the charming atmosphere of the nearby harbour town of Ilfracombe, the village of Combe Martin with it's sheltered cove making it ideal for paddleboarding or discover the bustling streets of Braunton and Barnstaple which are a short drive away.
