Reservation System ⁃ This new organized way of pool access will give us better management of pool use, maintenance and avoid any misuse or unauthorized access. Moreover, our investment to for this system is kept to a minimum on a yearly basis for the subscription. No other equipment and other office supplies needed for implementation and monitoring ⁃ The pool may be reserved by residents for personal use or small gatherings. Reservations can be made through the online portal sent to your registered email address and should send you an email notification regarding your reservation, ⁃ Reservations must be made at least (1) day in advance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Guest Policy ⁃ Each Studio Unit is allowed a maximum of three (3) persons, free of charge including resident or lessee and guests ⁃ Guests must adhere to all pool rules and regulations 3. Maximum Occupancy ⁃ To avoid overcrowding, each weekday reservation is limited to a maximum of 5 people, 3 free of charge Php 100 per pax in excess of three. Ffor weekends and holidays a maximum of 3 people will be accommodated. Excess guests will not be accommodated.
