Deluxe two-room apartment The space In an old 19th-century Walser house, a comfortable two-room apartment of about 40 square meters arranged on 2 levels, recently renovated while maintaining the typical local architecture with modern-style furnishings and fine finishes. Located in the hamlet of Drésal, 700 meters from the town center with breathtaking views of Monte Rosa, surrounded by greenery near the golf course and the cross-country track with direct access to both. Apartment on the second floor consisting of a living room with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher and utensils and dishes, bathroom and a comfortable and practical sofa bed to open that gives the possibility to live the day and night optimizing the space. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a double bedroom entirely in wood with beautiful original wood paneling dating back to the 1800s and a bathroom with a shower equipped with chromotherapy lights, a hairdryer and a hair straightener. Throughout the accommodation there are multiple electrical outlets with integrated USB chargers to conveniently charge smartphones, two Smart TVs with streaming platforms available such as Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+, RaiPlay and excellent Wi-Fi download speed: 25 Mbps upload speed: 25 Mbps. The housing unit is located on the second floor overlooking Monte Rosa and has independent heating that can be easily managed with a thermostat. On the ground floor there are 2 rooms for common use, the first used as a ski, bike and luggage storage and the second used as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside, a large, well-kept green area is equipped with a stone table, umbrella, and deckchairs at the complete disposal of our guests. At the back of the building, there is a private parking lot with reserved parking spaces. Guest access The location of the house allows you to easily walk around, given its proximity to the center of the village and most of the services. In addition, 150 meters away is the shuttle bus stop that connects all the villages of the Gressoney Valley.
