Accessibility - To access the villa there is an open path which is 100cm wide with one step. The front door has a width of 80cm whilst other access doors have a width of 60 to 80cm. The ground is flat with paving and grass. The pool area can be accessed via one low step from the front door of the main house. The pool itself has Roman-steps access. The widest bedroom door has a width of 68cm, and the bathroom door has a width of 70cm.
