Governor’s Green is three miles north of historic Williamsburg, in the heart of the Virginia Peninsula. Guests enjoy access to some of the best tourist attractions, historic buildings, museums, golf courses, restaurants, and shops along the James River. This resort is beautifully designed and landscaped on the outside, and elegantly decorated on the inside. The well-manicured lawns and pristine lakes are the perfect setting to enjoy. The space This spacious one-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 902 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen, dining area ,washer/dryer, and balcony or patio. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information before hand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Since the resort maintains all the units, unit decor may vary slightly from photos due to resort updates and/or changes.
