Both beautiful and functional, it has been fully renovated and thoughtfully crafted to feature both modern and classic elements. In addition to two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it includes everything you need to feel comfortable: central air, washer/dryer, WiFi, a 4-seat breakfast bar, new appliances, easy parking, and a 6-person dining table. This private 1st floor apartment was JUST renovated in 2024 from top to bottom. We have poured our heart and soul into this entire house, sparing no expense so that we can offer guests the best experience possible. While designing these apartments, we put every effort into creating spaces that we ourselves would want to stay in. Each unit in this house features central air conditioning, all new kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a shared outdoor/patio space and shared fitness area. This sparkling clean apartment has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one en-suite and one main bathroom with laundry). Our private parking area fits 1 car per unit. Additional cars can park on the street for free. Gym information: Gym hours are 10:00am-7:00pm daily. Gym space is shared with other guests. Noise: This is a multi-family house, so you may hear other guests at times. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
