Be one of the FIRST to stay in our newly renovated home that accommodates up to 9 guests with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, reading nook, kitchen, and sunroom. Outside, enjoy a 1740 sq. ft wrap-around deck with a mountain view hot tub, gas fire pit, BBQ, and ample seating. Take in the stunning countryside views, relax under the stars or roast s'mores in our spacious backyard on 3.3 acres of pure beauty! The space Prepare your meals in our brand-new, fully furnished kitchen, or explore the delightful local eateries just a 10-minute drive from the house. Our home comfortably accommodates 9 guests, with two downstairs bedrooms locked off for larger parties. For groups up to 15 people, we offer a separate listing that includes these additional rooms. On the second floor, you'll find three inviting bedrooms and a cozy reading nook. Bedroom #1 features two twin beds, Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed (one full-size bed and one twin-size bed), and Bedroom #3 includes a full-size bed. The first floor living room includes a full-size futon for additional sleeping space. Each room is equipped with its own AC/heating unit, controlled via remote. The home offers three full bathrooms: one on the first floor and two on the second floor. The dining table in the living room can comfortably seat 10 people with its two extension leaves, and the sunroom table also seats 10 when extended. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property aside from the two locked off bedrooms on the first floor (available for larger groups). No pet(s) are allowed. There is plenty of parking available. Other things to note There is a security camera system around the exterior of the home. Propane for the fire pit and BBQ on the deck are provided, in addition to firewood for the open fire pit in the yard. For guests driving electric vehicles, we provide complimentary EV charging with a ChargePoint Home Flex (J1772) charger right at the house.
