Mark Close Milking Parlour

A cosy converted Milking Parlour for two with a log burner, private hot tub, and beautiful countryside views, next door to our alpaca paddock. Relax in the garden hot tub whilst watching our beautiful Alpacas or stargazing. The cottage is dog friendly and a short walk from Alston with it's great pubs, cafes and shops. We're in the centre of the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty; it's a great base for exploring the Lake District, Northumberland and County Durham. The space A bright lounge with wood burner, sofa, a dining table for two and patio doors leading you out to the private garden with hot tub. There is also a well equipped kitchen, shower room, and double bedroom. Guest access Guests hire the whole of the Milking Parlour. There is an adjoining cottage, Mark Close Farmhouse and the owners accommodation across the courtyard. Other things to note We have a paddock with our friendly alpacas next to the Milking Parlour, please let us know if you'd like to visit them. To comply with HSE guidelines the hot tub is safety tested twice a day.
