Cons: 😭 The apartment is a split level, so you must go down or climb seven short stairs. You may hear occasional footsteps from the apartment above. While the location is excellent, there may be some occasional noise in the area. We provide earplugs for light sleepers, but many guests find the noise minimal and not disruptive. This is a self-service rental, not a hotel, but we’ve prepared your unit with essentials like toilet paper, soap, and batteries to make your stay comfortable. While our team isn’t available around the clock, we’re happy to respond to messages between 7 AM and 9 PM and will do our best to help with any needs during that time. We do offer private parking, just steps from the complex. There are two convenient options: Front parking: 4 spots located about 10 steps from the entrance Back alley parking: 8 steps from the rear entrance, this is the option we recommend, as it’s easier to access and much simpler to maneuver your vehicle Because the complex sits centrally, both the front and back parking options are essentially the same walking distance. The property is gated, and the surrounding area is safe and quiet, giving you peace of mind during your stay. Guest access As our guest, you'll have access to the entire apartment during your stay. You'll also have access to our amenities, such as a flat-screen TV, WiFi, Washer and Dryer, and anything you see in our vibrant apartment home. You'll have full access to the entire apartment, two parking spaces, and exclusive access to a private 24/7 fitness studio.
