Our home stay is located at the Loft B level 8, facing with city view and featuring with a balcony. Our home stay also consist of 2 queen size bed, a flat TV with TV box channels,WIFI provided, equipped kitchen with an induction cooker, fridge, and a washing machine. Our homestay is located on the 8th floor of Building B, with a beautiful view of the city, and a balcony. The accommodation also includes two double beds, a flat-screen TV, wifi, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, a refrigerator and a washing machine. Guest access Security access card and keys will be provided to guest. The security access card can grants access to the secured lobby entrance, lift to swimming pool,playground and etc. A free secured car park is available should you require one. Kindly inform in advance as security access card is different with parking access card. Our parking space situated within the building at 4th floor. Keycard and a key will be provided to your guest. The key card can grant access to the entrance of the lobby, the elevator to the swimming pool, playground, etc. We also have one free car parking spot. Our parking space is in the building on the 4th floor.Just tell me before. Other things to note 1.Smoking and drugs strictly prohibited in the home stay. Smoking is allowed outside the balcony only. Pets are strictly prohibited. 3.Please remove footwear and place it at the shoes rack at the entrance. Please take off your shoes and place them on the shoe rack at the entrance before entering the house. 4.Mangoes teen and durian are not allowed indoors. Please do not eat durian, mangosteen, etc. in the house, but enjoy the fruits outside the house. 5.Please respect our home stay and treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. If something is in need of repair, please direct contact us and we will put in a maintenance request. Please respect our homestay and treat it as your own house during your stay. Please clean up kitchen utensils by yourself.(if used) 7.Please be informed earlier at least a day before whenever you need housekeeping services. If you need cleaning service, please inform us at least one day in advance. 8.Please low down your noise volume after 10pm. This is both for your roommates and your neighbours. Consider using headphones whenever possible. Please keep your voice down after 10pm and do not make loud noises to disturb the peace of other travelers and neighbors.(Consider using headphones whenever possible.) 9.Please be sure to always lock the doors and windows of the home stay, whenever you leave or check out the house, whether someone is home or not. This is not only for your safety, and the safety of your belongings. **Note: C & R Home stay shall not hold responsible for any losses happening. ** Feel free to lock the door and windows when you leave the room. * * Note: Please take good care of your personal belongings. If you lose them, we will not be responsible for them at all, so please forgive us. * * 10.Please make sure you turn off your the lights, fans, aircond, etc. when you are not at home. Please be sure to turn off appliances such as fans, lights and air conditioners when you leave the room 24/7. Violation of rules may result in a warning, followed by a fine and possible eviction.
