Upstairs, four bedrooms offer soft linens and extra blankets, while a downstairs suite includes twin XL Murphy beds with privacy curtains. A bonus air mattress adds flexibility for larger groups. Entertainment & relaxation Host movie nights in the private theater room with a 75-inch Smart TV and reclining sofas, or take on friendly competition in the game room featuring Xbox, Oculus VR, Nintendo 64, air hockey, and arcade classics like Pac-Man and Star Wars pinball. Board games, cozy seating, and the KidzKorner play nook keep both adults and children entertained. Outdoor living Step outside to a private backyard retreat with a spa pool, fire pit, and outdoor seating. During chilly months, unwind under the stars or enjoy quiet moments on the patio. A BBQ grill and dining area offer space for family meals when weather allows. Kitchen & dining The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing and sharing meals. Guest access You are welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy every room and feature of this property, with the exception of two locked supply closets and the garage. The home features a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access during your stay. Other things to note Please note that we have moved the air hockey table to the garage to create more space for the Murphy beds. Also note, there is a tool kit in the laundry room, if needed. Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio.
