Quiet and well-served neighborhood. Air conditioning, washing machine, WiFi, Smart TV, security camera. Self check-in with code available at any time. The space At the first level there are: - kitchen (table for 6 people) - quadruple double room - bathroom with window and shower and washing machine. An internal wooden staircase leads to the second attic level where there are: - double bedroom - bathroom with window and shower - small room for single bed / laundry In the external basement you can comfortably store bicycles, strollers and waste bins. A private parking space is available at the apartment. An external camera guarantees visual recognition and safety of guests throughout their stay. The private RELAX PRIVE' area is an extra optional, not included in the apartment reservation! Guest access The entire apartment is at the exclusive disposal of our Guests. The equipped outdoor Relax Privé area is an extra. Other things to note Access is forbidden to unregistered guests. Quiet hours: 00:00–08:00 and 13:00–15:00.
