Agos del Alon welcomes you to its homey ambiance. Centrally located at Sunshine 100 City Plaza Tower 3, Pioneer St., Mandaluyong near MRT - Boni Station and BGC via Kalayaan Bridge. Once you arrive, you will be greeted with a hotel-like reception. Experience the luxury of being near to the prominent malls such as, SM Megamall, Shangri-La Plaza, and the Podium. You can also do food tripping along the famous Kapitolyo food hub. The space The unit is located at Tower 3, which has a direct access to the swimming pool and gym. You can do Amazon prime vid/Disney+ and Chill or play board games with your friends. The unit boasts of the following features: • A fully-furnished 1 BR corner unit with two air-conditioning units • 55” TV with Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video subscriptions. The TV has a Netflix app installed and guests can use their Netflix access. • A sofa in the living room that can be turned into bed for extra sleeping space • A bedroom with family-sized bed. Air mattress is also available for additional sleeping space. • The unit is equipped with a smart-lock for security and self-check-in feature. • Free use of swimming pool and gym INTERNET The unit is currently equipped with a DITO Home Postpaid WIFI. KITCHEN & DINING - Dining table & chairs, refrigerator with water dispenser, microwave oven, electric kettle, basic dining utensils, induction cooker, rice cooker, cooking utensils - Condiments (salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, and cooking oil). Until supplies lasts for stays longer than 1 week. COMPLIMENTARY KIT Consumable: (not applicable for long term stay: 1 week and above) - Disposable slippers, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bathroom tissue Others: - Flat iron with ironing board - Hair blower NOT INCLUDED - Washing machine Guest access Please submit 1 Government Issued ID (Local guests) or passport (Foreign) of each guest at least 2 days before the check-in date. If the check-in date falls on a weekend or holiday, please submit the required IDs on or before Thursday. The property management is reasonably strict, hence, pre-registration is required to ensure an effortless self-check-in. You may send the photos of your ID(s) via our Airbnb chatbox. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT POLICY: Check-in time: 3PM Check-out time: 12nn Self-check in/out Check-in/out time is fix. Hence, for late/early check-in/out request, please let us know in advance as this will be subject to the unit’s availability. Swimming Pool Access Sunshine 100 Swimming Pool Guidelines - Free access for 3 persons - Pool is open from 8AM - 8PM - Pool is closed every 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month for maintenance - Please wear proper swimming attire Gym Access: - Free access for 3 persons - Open from 8AM - 10PM Please note that guests are required to register first in the lobby before proceeding to the Gym/Pool area. Billiard table: Billiard tables are available for rent at the building basement. Rate is 100/hr. To avail, please register and pay at the lobby of Tower 3. Other things to note Important things to note: The listed rate is inclusive of 2pax. More than 2pax shall be charged accordingly. Maximum allowable capacity is 4pax including kids. Please note that for longer stays (28 days and above) there’s a cap for the utility bills worth Php 5,000 covering both electricity and water bill. Guest(s) to shoulder excess cost should there be any. Weekly cleaning service shall be provided for stays longer than 1 week.
