Situated on the fringes of the Exmoor National Park in the first internationally recognised Dark Skies Reserve, this is the perfect place to recharge. The Old Stables is newly furnished for Easter 2024 Tucked away in a peaceful, rural location within beautiful North Devon countryside. Added optional extra: Sessions with an Accredited dog trainer on site The space Tucked away in a peaceful, rural location, this converted stable offers the perfect place to enjoy the North Devon countryside. Perfectly positioned on the fringes of Exmoor, yet within an easy drive of beautiful beaches. Perfect for couples, singles or friends Good for walking, moorland, beaches, surfing and the many attractions of North Devon. There is a large, open-plan Living, Dining and Kitchen area with a central wood burner, wooden flooring and rugs. A generous sized shower room with large airing cupboard and a double bedroom with king sized bed and built in wardrobes A conservatory leads out to the paved garden with access to your parking area and the orchard nearby. Guests are welcome to use the fenced orchard paddock and can also walk down through the wood to enjoy our very own stream. Welcome hamper provided with fresh free range eggs from our own hens. Parking available Guest access Guests have use of the whole cottage and paved garden exclusively. They can also use the fenced orchard and have access to the wooded area with stream. There is also a manège with some basic agility equipment that can be reserved free of charge. Other things to note Three dogs are included free of charge with your booking. Please contact me to discuss if you would like to bring more. Three large dog beds are provided along with dog washing facilities, 2 dog towels, water bowl and dog welcome hamper plus other dog essentials We love dogs, but please don’t allow them on the bed unless you provide your own duvet and cover:) We are adjacent to a 2 acre secure dog walking field (separately bookable) Dog training on site if you would like to speed up that recall, or practice nice lead walking (APDT member 01523) Secure storage for bikes
