The listing price refers to 1 room for 2 people, but the room accommodates up to 4 people, each extra person increases the price of the accommodation. I don't accept Pix or transactions outside of Airbnb. The space A light, airy, quiet room, flat screen TV with Chrome cast and open TV network, with Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, recently renovated, shared bathroom, with 24-hour doorman, elevators, well-kept garden and view of the Atlantic Forest. The room is large overlooking the Atlantic Forest, with a double bed and a box bed, accommodates 4 people well, large closet, small auxiliary table, work table. Smoking on the apartment premises will not be allowed, as well as pets and visitors. Infants and children are welcome, the windows are screened for protection. Guests can use the refrigerator to store snacks and use the stove whenever they want. We have a filter in the kitchen with cold and natural water, utensils and a clothesline if you need to hang up beach clothes. We will do our best to make your stay with us very pleasant.
