Welcome to this vibrant alcove right in the heart of Ypsilanti! Located on Pearl Street, this private-entry, second-floor apartment allows you to walk two blocks out to Eastern Michigan's rolling campus, check out the thriving restaurant scene in Depot Town, or simply unwind and relax on the couch. The space Some basics about the space: - 4 p.m. check-in via a digital deadbolt, which will allow access whenever you arrive. 11 a.m. check-out. *Unfortunately, due to our cleaner's tight schedule, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out!* - This is a private unit that is located in a larger, multi-unit home. There are no shared spaces, but you may hear light noise as the other tenants walk throughout the house. - Pets are allowed! We do ask that you please pick up after your pet and acknowledge the $25 pet fee. If you have a 'talkative' pet, we just ask that you are mindful of the tenants in the units adjacent to the space. - Roku TV is available, just bring your streaming credentials! - Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. Guest access You will have full and uninterrupted access to the apartment through a private entrance- this is one unit in a multi-unit home, but there are no shared spaces. Other things to note You must climb a full set of stairs to access this apartment. Important note about this location: Next door to this space is Renaissance House, an assisted living facility for adults, some of whom have developmental disabilities. The residents are usually out on their porch, and their house is staffed by full-time nursing assistants. This note is just for complete clarity on the surrounding neighborhood, as we have never had an issue with them interacting with our guests, and we fully support the social services offered by this organization.
