Located in the vibrant city, this house was designed to accommodate a MAXIMUM of 4 guests. This abode features a queen-sized bed, a sofa bed and an extra mattress. Our warm living room provides a welcoming space. Guests will appreciate our sufficiently equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals. The space • ROOMS A comfy, air-conditioned room with a queen bed, a clean bathroom with shower. Another bedroom is on the mezzanine. It is equipped with a smart TV and an electric fan. • KITCHEN You will get a fully equipped kitchen and dining area in front of your bedroom. There's a water dispenser, mini fridge, hot water kettle, and cooking utilities. • CONVENIENCE & ACCESSIBILITY While the property is located in an alley, which means you cannot park your car here, its accessibility makes it easy to find and ensures you're never far from local attraction. Within just a 10–15-minute walk, you'll find a variety of charming cafes, restaurants, and a shopping mall. There is also a "warung" close to the house if you need to buy small needs. The property is also secured by a gate and security camera. It offers a perfect blend of convenience and comfort, providing an ideal base for your stay. • WIFI The Wi-Fi speed in our house is approximately 30 Mbps which you can use for work. Enjoy substantial Wi-Fi for all your browsing needs, but please keep in mind that the Wi-Fi data plan is limited depending on how long your stay is. Guest access The house is yours to enjoy. Space includes your bedroom, mezzanine, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. • PARKING AREA Please note that our property is located in an alley. Hence, parking area is suitable for motorbikes only. Park your car at Jalan Begawan Sempani (30-50 m from the property). It is safe and secured by 24-hour security guards. Parking fee is around 30-40k per night. Pay directly to the guard. • SPECIAL REQUEST EXTRA BED The capacity of the house is 4 people by default, but there's a possibility of adding 1 extra bed for free. ‼️ Please don't ask for more than 5 guests staying ‼️ Other things to note Let's use the #corridoor #corridoorhomestay hashtag for your photo shares on social media. Please plan your arrival accordingly, as we cannot offer early check-in. But if there are no guests on the day you check-in, you may be able to store your luggage early and stroll around the area before check-in time • Late Check-In Time For a smooth and safe arrival, we recommend that you check in by 5 PM at the latest, especially considering the dark areas after sunset which might be challenging. But if you are arriving at dark, please inform us. ‌ • CHECK-OUT POLICY Our check-out time is STRICT adhering to our checkout time. We DO NOT ACCEPT or accommodate any late check-outs. If you haven't left after specified time, we may charge additional IDR100.000 cleaning fee for 1 hour maximum. Please plan your departure accordingly. • BEWARE OF THE STRAY CATS We kindly ask that you do not feed any stray cats you may encounter around the property. While they may seem friendly, feeding them encourages them to return at night, and they may cause disturbances by making noise. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping the environment peaceful for everyone. • PRICE FOR PROPERTY The price is only for 1 house • OTHER REMINDERS 1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. IDR250.000 penalty will be applied if detected. 2. Do not wipe your cosmetics using any of the accommodation towels. IDR50.000 penalty will be applied if detected. 3. Please clean all the used mugs and plates before check-out. 4. Cleaning fee may apply if the property too messy and dirty after guest check-out. 5. Guest must provide Photo ID/Passport to host before checking in (just one of you) 6. Please note that there is a camera at the port for safety reasons but there is no camera in the house. • PAYMENT METHOD We only take reservations on Airbnb.
