For this reason, it is possible that at times you may hear sounds typical of coexistence: 💬 Occasional conversations 📱 Cell phones or televisions 😮‍💨 Sneezing or everyday noises 📌 These sounds are part of the normal atmosphere of a building with this type of design. ❗ It is essential to take this information into account before booking. ❗ These usual noises do not constitute grounds for a refund. ❗ Cancellation is at the discretion of the traveler, but does not generate a refund. ✨ We share this information with full transparency so that each visitor has clear expectations and an experience in line with what they are looking for. Guest access Social Space: The terrace is the building's only shared social space, offering a common area to enjoy outdoor moments, relax, and socialize with other residents. Important note: +Smoking is forbidden +Having parties or events +Having meetings with visitors +Leaving behind empty bottles of any type of liquid (soda, water, or liquor). +No garments, tennis shoes, or any type of clothing should be left in the common areas. +STRICTLY forbidden to sell, consume or traffic drugs, as well as the ENTRY OF MINORS. Any conduct that compromises these issues will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and the removal of the space. The social area can be enjoyed in a quiet and clean manner. The social area is open Monday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Guest Safety and Self-Care Guidelines To keep everyone safe, the following rules are in place, which must be followed by each guest: 1. Collaboration between guests: We must all take care of each other. It is important to maintain a vigilant and collaborative attitude to avoid risky situations. 2. Visitor Control: Each guest is responsible for controlling the entry of their visitors. Remember that allowing a person in affects not only one apartment, but all 11 apartments in the building. Therefore, you must know who is entering. 3. Security measures in the afternoon: From 4 or 5 pm, it is mandatory to double-lock the rooms, apartments, and the main gate. 4. Using the entry code: The entry code is unique, personal, and non-transferable. The system records every entry and exit, so sharing the code with others is strictly forbidden. Any misuse will be the responsibility of the code holder. 5. Vehicle security: The use of the parking lot is under the responsibility of each guest, since no charge is generated for this service, therefore, the building does not assume any responsibility. Motorcycle and bicycle owners are advised to secure their vehicles with a personal lock, cable, and/or protective cover. These measures seek to promote self-care among all. By booking, you ACCEPT these rules and agree to abide by each of these rules, understanding that they are implemented for the well-being and safety of all guests. Other things to note We are located a 3-minute walk from San Javier Metro station. A 10-minute walk from Comuna 13 Tour and Grafitour. Excellent public transportation routes, Restaurants, pharmacy, ATMs. 5 minutes from the Smart Fit GYM. 🚫 No pets allowed in the building 🐶❌ Although we love animals ❤️, the building's internal regulations prohibit it, in accordance with Article 3 of Law 675 of 2001. 🚭 No smoking indoors, according to Law 1335 of 2009. 🚫 Human trafficking and the sexual exploitation of minors are prohibited, in accordance with the Colombian Criminal Code (Law 599/2000). 🚷 Minors may not enter the building, by internal regulation authorized by Law 675.
