Our century home is located in the heart of Forest. The studio apartment (300 sq ft. approx.) has been converted into your vacation rental. Wake up and enjoy coffee in the garden and in the evening, a beverage around the outdoor fireplace. There are many golf courses, wineries, cider houses, brewries, antique shops, gift shops in the area. Your entrance enters from the private back garden, which is shared. Enjoy relaxing time on the patio and an evening around the fireplace. You will have your own parking area. Guest access The small, 300 sq ft. studio apartment with a bathroom and kitchenette is your own space. The yard is shared. The laundry room is shared and is accessible from the studio through a locked door. Other things to note There is no stove or oven, but there is a hotplate, bbq, and electric frying pan. Airfryer by request. You can follow Sunrise Garden Guest House on FB and IG. There are outdoor cameras on entry areas. We have organized in a pamphlet, excursions including beaches, provincial park, wineries, cider houses, craft breweries and local restaurants. The pamphlet includes addresses , contact number and the route to take to make the most of your day. There is another short term rental and a commercial business in the home. We live upstairs. There is a laundry room between the two units that is a common area. You may hear noise from the other areas, street noise and a sump pump.
