Beachfront accommodation AFFORDABLE. Clean, private room sits on the side of a beach-front home in remote, beautiful Zancudo. Coffee maker, small fridge, one-burner hot plate. Bathroom outside, just steps away. Wifi in the room. LOCATION is everything: centrally-located, so you can walk to stores (10 minutes), restaurant/bar (60 m/yards away). Your room is just steps from the safe, swimmable and fishable waters of the Golfo Dulce. Here the beach is flat, and long: perfect for beach walks. The space Your room is one of 3 spaces that I offer guests. Bathroom is 8 feet away and on rare occasions the owner will need to use. The other is an apartment with kitchen and private bath. The owners have their residence upstairs, but we are not living there all year. The room is fully screened, with overhead fan, coffee maker, small fridge and small desk and chair for work-space. There is no access to kitchen facilities. Feel free to use the breezy restaurant/bar nearby, if you want a workspace with a view. When selecting accommodation, realize that location affects many things: too far north, there are no waves, and much less breeze (making it hotter) - we have daily breezes, so A/C not required; too far south, and the waves are so strong that you cannot swim, unless you are an expert surfer. We have medium-sized waves out front, where you can enjoy wave-playing without rip-tides or crashing surf. You can swim for exercise just past the breakers - especially good in the morning. We are central: other locations are so remote that it's 30+ minutes walk to the nearest store or restaurant/bar. Here, you can choose to be social or not.. Guest access Access is to this room and the bathroom. There is no access to the main part of the house. During your stay Enjoy your privacy, but if you need anything, there are friendly staff at the popular restaurant/bar/cabinas about 60m/yards away.
