The space Our house offers 3 bedrooms with sleeping places for up to 6 people or more: parents' room with 180 cm double bed and optional baby bed, a children's room with bunk bed, youth room with bed and sofa bed. Large modern kitchen, spacious living room, terrace with dining table, and a large garden for playing and relaxing 10 minutes from Überlingen on Lake Constance. Well suited for families with many children. 1 large bathroom with bathtub/shower/toilet on the 1st floor and a toilet on the ground floor. The unique house has been newly renovated and we have lived in the house since Christmas '22. Guest access In the top floor there is a permanently rented apartment, which is accessible via a separate staircase in the outdoor area. In addition, the house has a separate vacation studio on the ground floor, which also has an extra entrance. Both apartments are completely separate from our residential unit.
