Located on the only floor, the apartment, on one level, is composed of: - 2 bright bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90, with duvets, pillows and blankets), - A pleasant 30 m2 living room with kitchen-dining room and living room with 2 sofas, 1 of which is convertible, - A renovated bathroom with shower - Separate toilet, - A balcony, - A private green space at the bottom of the apartment with a picnic table, - A private and locked box to store bicycles, skis and others, - A private parking space.
