In 18 minutes, you'll be at Gare Saint-Lazare, ideal for exploring Paris: Opera, Galeries Lafayette, Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower, Montmartre and more. Your private space, with our hosts downstairs The house we put at your disposal corresponds to the upper floors of our souplex. We, the hosts, live in the lower part of this flexible, in a separate space, totally independent and arranged for our comfort. We respect your privacy, while being available if you have any questions or requests during your stay. A great setting for moments of relaxation Perfect for a large family, two couples with their children, friends for reunions or business travelers, our house can accommodate up to eight people. Part of the garden is reserved for you, with a 30m² terrace, garden furniture, trampoline and BBQ for your relaxing moments (please ask us in advance if you would like to use the BBQ). The house comprises: → 4 bedrooms including a master bedroom with private bathroom (bathtub and dressing room) and a bedroom with 1 pull-out bed on the first floor, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds upstairs. → One bathroom with bathtub, one toilet on the ground floor and one toilet upstairs. → A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room → A living room (air-conditioned during the summer) with Samsung frame HDTV. → A dining room for 8 people → A terrace with garden furniture for 6-8 people Baby amenities (bed, high chair and bath) also available. Comfort and amenities: New bedding, linen provided. Two bathrooms for extra comfort. Fast WiFi. Large bright living room, equipped kitchen (Thermomix, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and everything you need to cook. Other things to note - The accommodation is equipped with a video surveillance system (outdoor only) and a sound level measurement system. For safety and insurance purposes, we do not accept booking requests for more than 8 people, even if you do not sleep on site. If we find that you come to more than the number expected at the time of your booking, we will be required to contact Airbnb to report it and you will be required to leave the house immediately (without refund) or to comply. This will penalize you for future bookings. So please respect this basic rule, especially since parties are not allowed. You will be charged any additional fees related to non-compliance with these rules (electricity, heating, water, damage). Possibility to rent the house by the day on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) for events (retreats, company meeting, photo shoot...). I also have a doorbell with a camera that monitors the gate.
