Your private space, with our hosts downstairs The house we provide corresponds to the upper floors of our duplex. We, the hosts, live in the lower part of this duplex, in a separate space, totally independent and furnished for our comfort. We respect your privacy, while being available if you have any questions or requests during your stay. An ideal setting for relaxing moments Perfect for a large family, two couples with their children, friends for reunions or professionals on the go, our house can accommodate up to eight people. Part of the garden is reserved for you, with a 30 m² terrace, garden furniture, a trampoline and a BBQ for your moments of relaxation (Please ask us in advance if you would like to use the BBQ). The house comprises: → 4 bedrooms including a master bedroom with private bathroom (bath and dressing room) and a bedroom with 1 pull-out bed on the ground floor, a bedroom with a king size bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds upstairs. → A bathroom with bathtub, a toilet on the ground floor and a toilet upstairs. → Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room → A living room (air-conditioned during the summer) with Samsung Frame HD TV. → A dining room for 8 people → A terrace with garden furniture for 6-8 people Baby equipment (bed, high chair and bath) also available. Comfort and amenities: New bedding, linens provided. Two bathrooms for added comfort. Fast wifi. Large bright living room, equipped kitchen (Thermomix, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and everything you need to cook. Check-in starts at 4 p.m. and check-out is until 10 a.m. Other things to note - The accommodation is equipped with a video surveillance system (outdoors only) and a sound level measurement system. For safety and insurance reasons, we do not accept booking requests for more than 8 people, even if you are not sleeping on site. If we find that you have more than the number provided at the time of booking, we will be obliged to contact Airbnb to report it and you will be obliged to leave the house immediately (without refund) or to comply. This will penalize you in future reservations. So please respect this basic rule, especially since parties are not allowed. Any additional costs related to non-compliance with these rules (electricity, heating, water, damage) will be charged in addition. Possibility to rent the house by the day on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) for events (retreats, business meetings, photo shoots, etc.).
