Located in Guyans-Durnes, accessible on one level, this gîte is very comfortable for a small family looking for a quiet place to unwind. In hot weather you can settle in the shade of the century-old hornbeam. You will have access to a huge wooded park, petanque court. The space Your cottage is located on the ground floor of a farm and has private access. The entrance door opens into an authentic, fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you will have access to a bathroom area on the one hand and the living room on the other. The living room has 2 old-fashioned alcoves each containing a bed. The living room includes a sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table and leads to a large spacious bedroom in a row. You will be the only occupants of the cottage and will have access to the entire estate (wooded park, petanque court). Linens are included in the cleaning fee.
