Windows on the Waterfront is a first floor apartment located in the waterfront business district in downtown Burlington. It is across the street from the City's bike path, Perkin's Pier, and Ferry Dock Marina on Lake Champlain. Constructed in the 1800's, it was recently renovated into a stylish apartment specifically for Airbnb accommodation. The owners live on the upper floors of the building. It is within short walking distance of everything in downtown and Burlington's Church St. marketplace.
