Beautiful typical house of the Paris region of 100 m2, 3 min walk from the RER A station Neuilly-Plaisance with which you are 20 minutes from Chatelet (Center of Paris), 30 minutes from Disney Land and 40 minutes from the Stade Nautique de Vaires-sur-Marne. The space • Rooms: On the ground floor, a large living room (with sofa bed), a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen that overlooks a wooded patio. On a half-floor, an office that can serve as a workplace as well as a sleeping space if needed. Finally, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, a second toilet and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. • Sleeping arrangements: The apartment is suitable for between 4 and 6 people (4 people in both bedrooms, 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room). Guest access In the neighborhood there is a supermarket, shops, restaurants, the banks of the Marne, the RER A, BUS 114, 113, 203 and 214. If you come by car, there are paid parking spots on the street. If you notify us in advance and for an additional fee, a parking card may be provided that will allow you to park in the area. During your stay The house will not be completely free. The basement will be unavailable and reserved for the owner. The ground floor will therefore have to be shared. On the other hand, the first floor will be just for you. Other things to note • Amenities: To entertain you, an upright piano, books and comics from our library (French and Spanish) as well as board games (in French) will be available to you. On the sports side, two bicycles will be available in the garage to ride around the area, an exercise bike and a rower. • Olympic Games: The house is located near (30 minutes by car or 40 minutes by public transport) the Stade Nautique de Vaires-sur-Marne where the Rowing and Canoe Kayak events will take place. Note that if you come by car, all the sites of the East Paris Olympics are very close, 30 minutes on average. E.g.: The Olympic Village, the Stade de France (Opening and Closing Ceremony, Athletics, Rugby), Aquatic Center (Aquatic Sports), La Courneuve Shooting Range and Le Bourget Climbing Site).
