This tramway is direct to “Mérignac airport” in one direction and to the city center the banks of the Garonne and the train station in the other direction. Train station can also be joined 15 minutes by car or bus. The buses are 5 minutes walk at the end of the street. The space House of 250 sqm with garage and garden on 3 levels Ground floor: Single garage, entrance hall, and Bedroom 1 (queen bed) with en-suite shower room (overlooking a small courtyard leading to the garden). First floor: Hall with WC, large living room opening onto the terrace and garden. Open-plan kitchen with island seating 6 (can accommodate 8). Video projector, home cinema system and Wi-Fi. Bedroom 2 (queen bed). Second floor: Hall with WC and laundry room, Bedroom 3 (single bed), dressing room, and en-suite shower room, Bedroom 4 (single bed) and en-suite shower room, Bedroom 5 (master suite) (queen bed), bathroom, and dressing room.
