There are also picnic areas, gazebos for rent, gift shops with arts and crafts, and showers and changing rooms. Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean. The space Apartment is fully equipped with towels, sheets, blankets, and kitchen. Master bedroom is equipped with nightstands that provide easy access for charging your devices, and lamps for reading. The complex has a view spot to enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and sunset. Outside shower is located in the pool area. Reach Buyé Beach within 2 walking minutes from the condo (or about 1/4 of a mile). Guest access Lockbox will contain keys and gate knob to access the condominium. The front door has an intelligent lock. A code will be provided after booking confirmation with instructions to open lockbox. Other things to note We provide beach towels, beach cart, 2 beach chairs, cooler, and paddle balls racket set. Smart TV is available so you can sign into your streaming services for movie nights. Additionally, please note, the apartment does not have a power generator, and in occasions Puerto Rico experiences city-wide power outages. These power outages are completely out of our control. However, to ensure we do as much as possible to relieve our guests from this inconvenience, we provide battery powered standing fans, which have an integrated lamp and a usb port to charge your devices. Also, we provide battery powered lamps. The location feels fresh due to the breeze coming from the ocean that is nearby. With the apartment's windows open while using the battery powered fans , you may not notice a power outage. The apartment's windows have screens installed, so you do not need to be concerned with bugs coming into the apartment while having the windows open.
