The space Welcome to our bright and spacious Air-conditioned Loft, ideal for a stay with family or friends! Nestled in the Port du Canal district on the 3rd floor of a building, our accommodation offers stunning views of the canal. Its prime location, about fifteen minutes from the city center with transport options such as buses and trams nearby, makes it the perfect choice for exploring Dijon. Our Loft has air conditioning throughout the accommodation and consists of: The fully equipped open kitchen (including a coffee machine, oven, microwave, is open to the dining room and living room, creating a friendly space for meals with family or friends. The fridge-freezer is available for guests to store their groceries. The cozy dining room with a table seating up to 6 people and the living room equipped with a TV offer pleasant relaxation areas and great comfort in our designer sofas. Wi-Fi is also available to stay connected during your stay. (A single remote control has been configured for simplified use) The large and numerous skylights offer views of a green outdoor space to enjoy the fresh air, ideal for mountain biking or running along the city's green route. The bay windows are "mirror effect" which gives you full view of the outside but without being seen :) A private parking space and a closed garage are available inside the condominium, closed by a barrier for your peace of mind. (see photos) The apartment includes a master suite with a king size bed, with a bright and peaceful adjoining bathroom with toilet on the ground floor, a very large lit dressing room completes this suite. a second bedroom upstairs with each of the closets for optimal storage, a queen size bed (160 x 200) Bed linen is provided in both beds. A bathroom and a separate toilet are located in the same hallway. An Office for our business travelers and our freelance vacationers, has a sofa bed for 1 person (or two small children but really only for one night because it is not a "real" comfortable bed.) The modern bathrooms are equipped with a shower and we provide shower gel, soap, shampoo and a hairdryer for your comfort as well as towels. A huge living room with air conditioning, ethanol fireplace, very comfortable sofas, connected OLED TV. Very bright room open to the fully-equipped kitchen for friendly moments. Other things to note Keys will be delivered by hand, according to certain schedules and availability. If you wish to book the garage, please let us know in advance. It is also possible to book groceries that we can have delivered in advance so that you can arrive in ideal conditions with our partner Jacheteenbourgogne (you will find the contact details as well as other partner services in Sarah's co-host guide) Linens and towels are provided as well as a welcome kit with departure consumables. Any replenishment during the stay will be at the discretion of each guest. Air conditioning is available throughout the home, please use it only when necessary. The bio-ethanol fireplace is the ornament of our living room and to bring a touch of conviviality but is not intended to heat the accommodation, it must be turned off when you sleep for safety.
