Beautiful Apartment with Communal Swimming Pool
Description
A beautiful apartment on the hills of Peyia (Paphos region) 200 meters from the village centre. The apartment is 20 minutes by car from Paphos and 5 minutes drive from the popural Coral Bay beach. It is also very close to Paphos Zoo and the Akamas peninsula where you can explore natural sites such as the Avakas gorge and Lara beach (turtle beach). Very close to the house there is a magnificent viewing point where you can see all of Paphos. The space The apartment consists of two bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and living room. At the front (street level) there is a beautiful small veranda and at the back a huge balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the surrounding green areas. All windows and sliding doors have mosquito nets. There is also a fast wifi connection (100mbps) that you can also use from the swimming pool area. Guest access The only shared area of this property is the swimming pool area. All the rest are private areas to be used only by the guests. Located at the swimming poll area there is a setting consisting of 2 sunbeds, an umbrella and a little table provided for the guests. My name and flat no5 are written on the table so it's easy to locate. Concerning where you park , there is some parking spots around the flat and a designated parking area at the basement. The ramp leading to the basement is a little steep so i always choose to park my car right outside the flats gate. Other things to note Some details you need to know is that the bathtub is sunk in the floor so you step down to enter. I have handles to support yourself just in case someone finds the access difficult. There is a steep ramp to access the basement parking and i find it more convenient just to park by the gate of the front veranda. For people who love taking care of plants i have a watering can for you to keep the plants alive :) especially if you are staying for a long time.
