In Lanches SAINT-HILAIRE, close to the Bay of Somme, the Domaine de TALLAT welcomes you for your events. It consists of a comfortable 14-bed gîte, 6 atypical accommodations for 2 to 4 people with a sanitary bungalow. You will have nearly 2 hectares of nature with a semi-covered conviviality area with a catering hut and the provision of a seasonal unusual barnum (from June to September). Outdoor equipment and games are available. The space The cottage consists of a ground floor with all amenities (2 bedrooms, living rooms with games, bathroom) and a floor with a relaxation area, a bathroom with 2 showers, 2 toilets, 3 bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with 4 single beds. Our atypical 2 people: The 2 LOTUS tents to enjoy the starry nights in privacy. 1 FUN TRAILER for magical nights. 1 NATURE CABIN TRAILER for a romantic night. Our atypical 4 people: 1 TEEPEE for an unusual exotic universe. 1 SHERIFF'S CABIN TRAILER where you will spend the night in a real cell. Our outdoors: A semi-covered convivial space with a catering hut will allow you to welcome your guests in a natural environment with tables and chairs available for a capacity of 80 people. The unusual 120 m² barnum will offer a shaded outdoor cocooning area. An ideal Estate for your Wedding, Communion, Baptism, Birthday, Cousinade, Bachelorette/Bachelor Party or Business Seminar... Guest access The entire estate is accessible, except for the technical parts. A sanitary bungalow equipped with 3 showers and 3 toilets (including 1 PRM) is accessible for outdoor facilities. Other things to note The rental must include beforehand the delivery of a certificate of resort insurance (free from the tenant's insurer). Dish rentals, outdoor games can be made available (contact us). Upon arrival, the guest will give two security deposit checks of €2000 each which will be kept, not cashed and returned after the owner's inventory within 7 days. In the event of significant damage to facilities, the landlord reserves the right to demand reimbursement on an invoice. Any on-site payment will be by check or cash.
