Residence 71 - Queen suite w/ bathroom and balcony

Whether you're traveling solo or with family, this spacious and charming retreat offers the ideal home base in the heart of bustling Nadi Town. With a warm, welcoming atmosphere and all the essentials, it's perfect for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm. Just a 3 min walk takes you to Nadi’s lively main street, close to shops, the stunning Nadi temple, local produce market, and much more! Also, just a 10 min drive from Port Denarau, gateway to the outer islands! The space Rita, our lovely caretaker will be your host at Residence 71. On arrival you’ll likely be greeted by our gentle giant dog Raani or our sassy cat Harriett! Both are our beloved pets and they live on the premises but outside, very friendly (although the cat is very unsociable!). Our beautiful home is set across two spacious levels connected by a grand central staircase. Your generously sized suite upstairs contains a queen bed and single bed, quality linens, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, private bathroom and a terrace overlooking the gardens. The living room downstairs offers high ceilings, a bright and airy space or simply a comfy setting to watch Netflix with a cuppa. Then there's our open dining space - all with authentically restored furniture to retain the original aesthetic and architectural flow of the house. You’ll also find an original country-style kitchen, well stocked with utensils and appliances. There is fresh coffee brewed coffee in the mornings and tea, milk, bread always available for guests! We also have a micro-mini mart with snacks in the dining room with an honesty box for payment :) We have a laundry room for you to do any washing or drying for a small fee and if you'd like to book transfers or tours, this can be organised just let Rita know! Guest access Rita, our lovely caretaker will welcome you with an in-person check-in when you arrive and keys for access through the front gate, front security doors and your bedroom. The property offers excellent security with a remote access front gate, window security screens and lockable internal doors. There are also security cameras covering all exit and entry points down stairs - common areas only. During your stay We’re available via Airbnb message always! Rita is a live in caretaker, please knock on her door for anything, she's always happy to assist.
