Sunny and central. Popular area for rent. 500m to a great beach area. Peaceful neighborhood with little traffic. 200 m to the marina and to the nearest bus stop (good public transport). 2.5 km to the city center with nice walking and cycling path. 45 min to the zoo, 20 min to the water park. 3 parking spaces. Electric car charging by appointment. Minimum stay 1 week (Saturday to Saturday). Only rented out as a whole. NB! The host will at times live in the house's basement apartment, but is rarely at home, and will not be a bother :) The space On the ground floor there is a full bathroom, a laundry room, combined TV room and dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Here is also the exit to a large and sunny porch with barbecue and 3 seating areas. On the top floor there is a full bathroom, as well as 3 separate bedrooms. Master bedroom has a large double bed (with plenty of space for extra bed or crib, if needed) Let us know! Bedroom 2 is spacious with a 150*200 bed, and a dressing table/office space. Bedroom 3 is a little smaller, but with good solutions for wardrobe and office space, and bed that folds out to 150*200 cm. Garden on several levels. 100 m to playground, and basketball/football. Small and big children are welcome, but the house is not childproof, as all the house's children are teenagers. We have a loving and curious cat, who may greet you, as she does not understand Norwegian Guest access Guests have the top two floors entirely to themselves, as well as a large porch. 2 adult landlords live temporarily in the basement, but are a lot at work and otherwise as little as possible at home, and as little as possible to bother during the rental period.
