Other things to note 📹 Security & Safety: For the safety of our guests and property, the exterior of the home is monitored by 24-hour video surveillance. Cameras are positioned on the outside only and do not intrude on guest privacy. 🔇 Peaceful Environment: This is a quiet, residential area — no parties, events, or loud noise are permitted at any time. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors and the natural tranquility of the lake. 🐾 Pets are welcome with prior approval – please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a furry friend! 🔥 Fire Pit & BBQ Use: Guests are welcome to enjoy the BBQ and lakeside fire pit, but please comply with local fire safety regulations. •The fire pit is permitted for use after 7:00 PM in our area. •We’ve provided firewood for your convenience at $10 per bundle. If you’d like to use some, please let us know. Payments can be made via the email provided in your booking details. • Never leave fires unattended, and always fully extinguish before turning in. 💧 Hot Water Capacity: The home uses a standard-size hot water tank with a limited capacity. During times of high usage (multiple showers, baths, or running appliances close together), hot water may temporarily run out.
