The rooftop has a jacuzzi and shower, and a luxurious space where you can relax while looking out at the ocean. BBQ equipment (Weber Pulse series) is also installed on the rooftop. The bathroom window is designed with ocean views in mind, and is a great property to enjoy the Atami sea. The interior design and furniture are reminiscent of a resort hotel, and the living room has a large open kitchen, making it an environment that can be enjoyed by large groups. Other things to note [Obligation to submit guest information] * We are required to report guest information to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in accordance with the Hotel Business Law. All guests must submit their guest information and identification documents (driver's license, passport, etc.) in advance. We greatly appreciate your cooperation. Please be quiet at night to prevent noise problems. 2. Guests arriving by car are kindly requested to be considerate of the neighbors when parking and not to park anywhere other than the designated parking lot or coin parking lot. 3. If you wish to check in early or check out late, we will accept an additional fee of 3,300 yen per hour before and after the check-in and check-out time, so please contact us and complete the payment by the day before your reservation. * Please note that even if you contact us in advance, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the reservation status before and after. * Because of cleaning time, an additional 5,500 yen per hour will be charged if you change the check-in or check-out time without prior consultation. 4. The cleaning staff will take out the garbage, so please do not take it out of the room, but put it in a bag and leave it in the room. Please help us sort the trash. 5. The inside of the building, the corridor, the room, and the veranda are completely non-smoking. 6. No pets allowed. 7. We do not clean during your stay to respect your privacy.
