Our house is located in a small, secure and pedestrian condominium in the eco-district of Caylus in Castelnau-le-Lez. You will find the Tram (line 2) 400 meters away on foot (3 min) which will take you directly to downtown Montpellier. Lake Crès (swimming possible) is also accessible within a 10-minute walk via a nice little secure bike path. Local shops 200 meters away. The sea is about 20 minutes away. Numerous bike paths from the house. The space 5 nights minimum, no pets, thank you for your understanding. Charming little house with garden (gas barbecue, Jacuzzi from May to October, children's games) to enjoy the sun and share good times with family. On the ground floor you will find the living room with air conditioning, the semi-open and equipped kitchen, a master suite (bed 160) with its bathroom (shower) as well as separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a second bathroom with bathtub and toilet. We live in this house, so it is fully equipped (TV, fiber, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine...) and you will find our son's many toys. Travel cots available.
