Long term Guest agrees to allow access for Pest Control, AC or other technicians service as needed with 24 hr notice. Guest access Smart lock with Keypad entry code. Code will be given to guests half hour before check in. The owners and host supply room is marked as such in Dining Hall and off limits to guests. There is a camera inside that closet which guests have been advised about. Anyone found trespassing this closet will be asked to leave with no refund. Smoking of any type inside or outside in backyard is prohibited. Drugs and excessive drinking or drunks will no be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave with no refund. It rains a lot in this area and therefore you might be exposed to all types of weather conditions including, hurricanes, tornadoes, sandstorms, lightening, strong thunderstorms and hailstorms. It is suggested you purchase travel insurance to cover yourself and your vehicle through various weather conditions. The Home is sprayed on a regular basis but there is a chance that dead or alive water bugs or insects of various kinds might be found. This is Texas desert country. Host is not responsible for any of these things or for weather conditions and guests acknowledge that host offers no refunds for utilities or Internet interruption as a result of weather or third party interruption, illness or family emergencies. For this reason, Host encourages guests to purchase travel insurance.
