Nestled in the heart of town of Ryde you’ll find our stunning home from home. Minutes from the beach with its own pool, hot tub and spacious garden you can enjoy every bit of sun with your family this summer. Our bespoke outdoor kitchen means endless bbq dinners followed by long balmy evenings by the sunken fire pit. Watch the sunset over the town or enjoy a short stroll down to the white sandy beaches of Appley. Why not wander a bit further along to the stunning town of Seaview. The space *We can provide discounted Red Funnel sailings* A beautiful sunny, spacious family home providing comfort with a touch of luxury in lovely surroundings. Situated within walking distance to the wonderful sandy beaches at Appley and the coastal path. The house is situated near Ryde & Seaview and has off road (driveway) parking for three cars plus lots of on road parking. We are easily accessed from all ferry ports and in the perfect location for long relaxing holidays or short breaks this summer. The space: You will be staying in a wonderful light and spacious detached house with garden and parking on the drive for 3 cars and ample of parking on the road. We know you will feel completely at home during your stay. Leave the car at the house and enjoy a short walk to the wonderful long sandy beaches that stretch in both directions for miles, or enjoy a picnic at parks and play areas nearby. There is a boating lake with ducks and swans and the local indoor swimming pool at the bottom of our road. Treat yourself to dinner at “The Duck”, or “Catch” - beautiful seaside restaurants situated within walking distance of our home, or head to the main town where there is an array of shops and restaurants alike. Ryde also has a cinema and bowling alley both within easy walking distance from the house. Ryde bus station is around 10 minutes walk (along the picturesque seafront) for quick links to the whole island. The house sleeps 6 people maximum including infants and has three bedrooms; a master super king, a double and a twin room with 2 single beds - perfect for children. There is a family bathroom and Jack and Jill bathroom both located on the first floor. The ground floor accommodation consists of a large family cinema room equipped with full wall projector and 65 inch TV, mood lighting and electric fireplace - perfect for cosy movie nights with the family. This room is one of our favourite things about the house. It’s cosy yet spacious and really brings the family together. The hub of this house is the large kitchen and dining. This comprises of a bespoke solid oak fitted kitchen, 3 ovens, a microwave oven, 2 dishwashers, quooker tap , insinkerator and induction hob. We are confident this will give you a perfect set up for cooking up a storm with the family around you. Open the 5 wide bifold doors to enjoy indoor/outdoor feels, perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining. Keep an eye out for red squirrels and the beautiful sound of the birds who often frequent the garden. Outside you will find our favourite space - a sunken Luso Spa hot tub equipped with mood lighting, different seating configurations and 2 jet setting will leave you relaxing after long sunny days at the beach. Our 1 meter deep (10ft by 14ft) HEATED swimming pool will keep the kids busy all day long…or enjoy a quiet morning dip yourself for the ultimate start to your day. You can also find a large fold out ping pong table & basketball hoop on the patio for those who like to keep busy or get competitive. Table tennis bats & balls & basketball provided. Our bespoke outside kitchen equipped with built in Beefeater bbq is great for year round grilling. The outside sink makes it easy to prepare and cook food out here, before enjoying eating it at our corner sofa & dining table… or hop up next to the chef at the bar on one of the four barstools provided. The main kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, saucepans, utensils and appliances, including a coffee machine and breakfast cabinet. This space makes for the ultimate family dinner gathering area. Wifi is free and unlimited. You’ll notice our downstairs area is “smart” - you’ll find our built in iPad next to our nest heating controls in the main hallway - change the lights at the touch of a button or ask “Alexa”. All bathrooms have automatic lighting and bedrooms have traditional light switches. We pride ourselves on how the decor of the house and take time to ensure it is seasonal and tasteful. The Island comes alive during the lovely summer months, there is no where else you need to be 🌊 Don’t forget our wonderful fire pit with surround seating is always available, so make the most of every minute of your stay by sitting out and watching the sunset in style 🔥🌅 For summer bookings you can rely on this house to keep you cool, entertained and relaxed for your family break. Our garden is a sun trap and you feel as though you could honestly be anywhere. We are just minutes from the Hover Craft and Fast Cat foot passenger terminals and a short drive from all car ferry ports.
