Other things to note We are close enough to walk to the crown pub or Josie’s place Café for breakfast but far enough not to hear any noise apart from the birds, close to Southam the old market town and leamington spa, also not far from Stratford on Avon and the M40. Perfect if you are passing through or working locally. I will happily make you toast, crumpets or a selection of cereals for breakfast also endless supply of tea coffee plus biscuits in your room. We are away from the road so we have a safe place to leave your car or van, from the road nobody can see your vehicles which is great if you’re a workmen and you have a van full of tools.
