Family villa near the ocean

Spacious family villa with lovely large garden with patio and lots of fun to play with! Close to the sea, nice swimming areas, grocery store and only 30 minutes by car to Liseberg! There are 7 fixed beds, more children are of course welcome if they sleep with parents. If there are more than 7 of you, two air mattresses are also available and also a travel bed for baby, specify when booking. If you want to book cleaning, it is possible for an additional cost of SEK 1,500. Walking distance to swimming area about 15 minutes, grocery store about 10 minutes, bus stop about 5 minutes, bakery about 10 minutes, pizzeria about 5 minutes. About 5 minutes by car to Gottskär, where there are restaurants, an ice cream parlor and a swimming area on the island with a diving tower. About 15 minutes by car to Kungsbacka, 30 minutes to Gothenburg. Social kitchen and living room with everything you need for cooking as well as amenities such as a Nespresso machine. At the dining area, children's/junior chairs may be available. Bedroom 1: 90 cm bed, blackout curtains Bedroom 2: 90 cm bed, blackout curtains Bedroom 3: 210 cm wide bed plus a 90 cm bed next to it. (In this room, two adults and two children sleep, one of whom is smaller in the parents' bed comfortably.) Blackout curtains. Bedroom 4: Sofa bed for two, 140 cm in the playroom outside the children's rooms. Blackout curtains. Travel bed for baby and baby chair are available, let me know if you need it when booking and we will provide it. Two bathrooms, one with shower, the other with bathtub. Washing machine, dryer available for use. Large terrace with lounge group and dining area. Gas grill and charcoal grill. Lovely garden with trampoline, slide, swings, sandbox and playhouse. Also a greenhouse with seating. Parking for two cars is available in our driveway. Chargers for electric cars are available that you are welcome to use. About a 15-minute walk down to the nearest swimming area. There are many nice swimming areas in the area you can reach by bike, car or walk, about 20 minutes. Pillows and duvets are provided. Please bring your own bedclothes. If necessary, bed linens are available to borrow, specify when booking. If you want to book cleaning, there is an extra charge of SEK 1500, which is stated at the time of booking. Otherwise, you clean yourself and the house should be left as nice as when you checked in, ready for new guests. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and garden. Wardrobe, storage and outbuilding will be locked with private belongings.
