With dedicated amenities designed for your comfort, including a plush queen-size memory foam mattress, a private bathroom stocked with essential toiletries, and a spacious walk-in closet, relaxation and convenience await. Enjoy the high-speed WiFi and centralized air conditioning ensure a comfortable stay. Your comfort and security are our top priorities. The space We offer a safe, cozy place and hope everyone feels like they are at a home away from home! We also have a standing desk and chair for your dedicated workspace. Included is a toaster and coffee maker with creamers and sweetener for that delicious morning coffee and breakfast! There is no access to kitchen or hall area. However, you will have an access to the microwave and mini Fridge we arranged commonly for guests in a Hallway. Folks can come and go as they please using their own personal code on our smart locks. Conveniently located 5 mins away from highway 183, our spot gives you access to reach Austin city within 30 mins whether you have to reach The Domain, Arboretum, 6th St, Texas State Capitol, or Lamar Blvd. They are all nearby!
