The space MYSTIC FOR TWO COUPLES RETREAT Owner-occupied, renovated with modern conveniences, this 1849 Greek Revival with your own, secure (unique key code) separate entrance includes: · Primary-sized bedroom with legit KING bed (not those faux hotel ‘kings’), nightstands with bedside power (AC and USB), dresser, full closet, and WASHER-DRYER (so pack light!) – we provide the laundry detergent and dryer sheets! · Sitting/TV room to use your streaming accounts with a full sofa and desk · Master bathroom with double sinks and DEEP SOAKING TUB · Mini-kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee-maker (we provide the coffee and tea), the missing...kitchen sink and stove. · Separate work area (if you really must work when you are here) · All with your own climate control · Free off-street parking (for guest's vehicles only) · VERY QUIET (church parking lots on either side so… ) yet just a 90-second walk from the action! No pets, and not suitable for children. **Please note there are cats on the premises in the owner's area. They are kept separated from the unit. Guest access Electronic Lock, no keys necessary. Remote check-in. Entry code sent prior to visit and activated for entire visit. Other things to note Here are just some of the restaurants within a 3-minute walk (tops) · Li’s Bakery (our fave at the end of the street – just a minute’s walk) · PopOver (our fave breakfast/lunch location is literally around the corner) · Engine Room (across from Li’s Bakery) · Anthony J’s Bistro (our favorite for dinner) · Noble Smokehouse · Bravo Bravo (great for dinner, great desserts too!) · Shipwright’s Daughter (nice brunch here) · S&P Oyster (seafood on the banks of the Mystic River) · Mystic Park Ice Cream (get more ice cream here than the tourist-centric Mystic Drawbridge Ice Cream shop – ice cream there is good, but often times overcrowded during the summer) · and soooo much more!
